Special Promotion

Wow! Our entire first print run of Mind Fuck is very close to selling out. As of today, I have two copies left that aren’t taken. We have more books on the way, but they’ll take about a week or so to get here. In the meantime, I just received the brand-new never-before-seen novella that will start Book 2 of the Administration series if we go ahead and publish the rest of the stories. Guess who’s going to have a lot of fun proofreading tonight?

On to another subject entirely: It’s come to my attention (by virtue of unadvisedly entering a supermarket), that Giftmas is almost upon us. I also happen to think that books make a great gift for anyone–especially that distant cousin, aunt, or uncle, that leaves you drawing a complete blank when trying to come up with more creative gift ideas. And because of that we will run the following special gift-giving promotion while stocks last or through November 30th, whichever comes first:

Give the Gift of Books

Buy any two Casperian Books titles (excluding “Mind Fuck”) for $25, or buy any three Casperian Books titles (excluding “Mind Fuck”) for $30. This includes free priority mail shipping within the United States. For international orders add $5 shipping for Canada, $7 shipping for anywhere else in the world. Simply PayPal the total amount to orders[at]casperianbooks[dot]com and be sure to specify which books you’d like. (And yes, you can get two or even three copies of the same title if you’d like. The only condition is that they must all ship to the same address.)

Here are some keywords for each title:

Mouth of the Lion – literary, character-driven, drama, family dysfunction, addiction, mental illness, Catholicism, cultural identity issues, coming-out themes
Adagio – gay romance, roadtrip through the Australian Outback, first love/relationship
Motor City Blues – character-driven, satire, students, Wayne State University, Detroit, outsider’s view of poverty, social themes, coming-of-age themes
The Tea House – ghost story, historical, 1920s, family drama, Philadelphia
