Regarding the whole Amazon Rank fail thing (full explanation for those who haven’t heard here), I really only have two things to say:
1) We’d love to sell to all our customers direct
2) When that doesn’t seem practical to our customers, we’d much rather they buy from Barnes and Noble. A full list of our titles on that website can be found here.
